Responsible for the preparation of meals primarily for hospital residents/patients and some staff. Must maintain high standards of quality food production and portion control, using standardized recipes. Knowledge and implementation of appropriate food handling techniques and all sanitation standards required. Must be well organized and able to meet schedule meal services. Must be aware of use, care, and cleaning procedure for all institutional equipment.
Must have at least 1 year of experience.
Bulk cooking and hospital experience preferred.
First shift availability - Weekdays and every other weekend
