Our products are enjoyed by families across the country. About You: You have a degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field. You are at a point in your career where building your own department, picking out your own equipment and hiring your own team excites you. You have experience developing and testing new bakery products, with a focus on unleavened breads. You're a whiz in the kitchen and have a deep understanding of baking principles, particularly for flatbreads and other unleavened products. You're creative and enjoy experimenting with new flavors, ingredients, and bread formats. You're a team player with excellent communication skills. What You'll Do: Develop new unleavened bread recipes and concepts, including pita bread, wraps, flat breads and more Source and evaluate new ingredients suitable for unleavened breads. Create your own state of the art baking facility by managing capital expenditures. Analyze data and refine recipes to ensure quality, taste, and shelf life.
