The Cook is an integral part the team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a cook you are responsible for providing a full range of duties in an interdisciplinary environment including: Read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders and work assignments Withstand exposure to temperature and humidity changes as a result of entering refrigerated storage areas, working art ovens, ranges, dishwashing machines and steam tables. Prepares meals in accordance with sanitary regulations Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus, standardized recipes and production.
