TON RÔLE CRUCIAL o Contribuer de façon globale à dépasser les attentes de nos invité.e.s de par la qualité de ton travail, ton expertise et l'exemplarité de ton comportement. o Assurer les travaux préparatoires de cuisine : nettoyage, éminçage, garnissage dans les règles de l'art. o Rassembler, couper, assaisonner, cuire et stocker des ingrédients de qualité de manière efficace, conformément aux instructions du sous-chef ou du chef exécutif. o Élaborer les préparations culinaires, en collaboration avec le Chef de partie et le Sous-Chef. o Travailler en équipe et communiquer positivement avec tes collègues. o Établir des priorités de manière proactive afin de garantir un niveau de service et de qualité élevé et constant pour captiver, inspirer et réjouir nos clients. o Maintenir un espace de travail propre, organisé et sûr, conformément aux normes de sécurité alimentaire, de santé et de sécurité. o Veiller au bon stockage de tous les ingrédients alimentaires dans leurs zones respectives, en respectant une rotation adéquate. o Recevoir les livraisons quotidiennes de produits et en vérifier la qualité (y compris le poids et la température).
