We are currently seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent with a positive attitude and flexible schedule.
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be professional, team player, and have excellent customer service skills.
Agent will be responsible for answering multi-line phones, taking reservations, checking guests in/out, and assisting guests with any inquiries.
Applicant must have basic computer and math skills, must be able to multi-task, be organized, able to work under pressure, and have the ability to solve problems in a professional manner.
