Job Description: This shift is from 4:30pm - 9:00pm. You will be working either by yourself or as a two man team depending on hotel occupancy. While by yourself you will be taking orders and cooking at the same time, and as a two man team one person cooks while the other takes orders. The BBQ is open for 2 hours (6-8pm), where you will be cooking traditional BBQ items including; steak, hamburger, chicken breast, hot dog, garden burger, and a special of your choosing. Your responsibilities before serving include food prep, cleaning, and inventory check. After service is over you will shut down the BBQ area, and restock for following day.
