During my current role as the Center Manager of Purple Communications, Madison Wisconsin office, as a direct report to senior directors, and carrying out their directions to my team, I have had the opportunity to guide my staff in a balanced discrete, and encouraging manner, be involved in the creation, changing, and implementation of policies and procedures, have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite, GoTo Meeting, Apple products, smartboards, a variety of programs and computers, spreadsheets and plans, as well as lend support and conduct research to assist in solving a particular challenge or question.
Developing and implementing an annual Business Plan, Marketing Plan, and Sales Prospectus with the goal in building our business. Working alongside my CRM program to obtain new clients.
Additionally, I have more than 10 year experience in event planning and management from creating the theme all the way through the clean up after the successful end of the event.
