As the Executive housekeeper duties included manage a housekeeping staff of up to 10 housekeepers, inventory and ordering, executive paperwork, ensuring guest rooms meet Hilton standards, upkeep of all rooms and common areas and taking care of all guest.
As an Engineer responsibilities included maintain interior and exterior of building, completing daily maintenance logs, responding to guest calls in a timely manner and, over seeing renovations.
Supervise 203 rooms and up to 15 Housekeepers, ordering and inventory, keeping all closets and laundry room in an operational and clean fashion, inspecting stay over and checkout rooms, made sure all rooms met the Marriott standard.
Prepare properties for sale. General interior and exterior housekeeping and maintenance, landscaping, structural maintenance and repair, framing and painting, minor masonry and break wall work and building and repairing docks as needed.
