Understand and monitor room status information, including room locations, type of rooms available, and room rates
Coordinate room status update by notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-outs, early-ins, special requests, etc.
Manage room keys and follows security control procedures
Operate Front Office equipment, such as ID card creator, mail machine, fax, copier, parking gates, etc.
Process member/guest check-ins and check-out
Process mail, packages, and messages
Coordinate guestroom maintenance work with engineering
Report unusual occurrences or requests to the Hotel Operations Manager
Know and follow all safety, security, accident prevention, and emergency policies and procedures
Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk, lobby, and coat check areas
Act as bell person/concierge when necessary
Other duties as assigned

Our 5-star rated, 76-bed care center, is seeking Part-Time Housekeeper with 6+ months of housekeeping experience to help maintain our beautiful facility. In this role you will clean resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms, and other common areas, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing, and trash removal. We are seeking an individual who displays a compassionate, positive attitude, and who strives for personal excellence. Safety is our number one priority. Staff are provided with personal protective equipment.

Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.
Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
Review planned meals and take note of special diet requests.
Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
Assist in orders and schedules delivery of food and supplies from local vendors.
Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
Cook skills and requirements:
Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
Ability to stand for length of shift.
Team player willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
