Success is defined through building a team of strong leads and baristas who serve great coffee and tea and create awesome hospitality experiences, ensuring complete satisfaction of our client partners.Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Meeting expectations of a Barista, Team Lead.Forecasting sales and scheduling to meet demand while maintaining costs within budget.Managing labor in line with cafe benchmark/target by coaching their shift leads.Coaching and developing baristas and team leads in a style consistent with Infuse culture.Strengthening cafe menu offerings by encouraging team innovation, roaster engagement, and high quality standards.Executing local marketing efforts to grow sales and engagement.Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new baristas and leads according to Infuse standards.Completing and analyzing inventory values each Period.Adjusting pars on prep and order guides according to sale fluctuations, minimizing waste.Creating a safe, work environment that promotes growth and development amongst the team.Encouraging the team to celebrate wins.Completing bi-annual performance reviews for all members of their team.Maintaining all equipment and cafe facilities.Leading weekly team and client results meetings.Attending monthly operational meetings.Actively participating in the testing of operational changes, initiatives an providing ideas and feedback for improvement.Serving as a key brand ambassador for Infuse.Other DetailsWhat Makes a Great Ops Manager?Strong attention to detail and a passion for building teams will lead the Ops Manager to excel in this role.
