Food and Beverage Events Supervisor at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort Are you passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences? Bandon Dunes Golf Resort seeks a dynamic Food and Beverage Events Supervisor to join our team and help orchestrate exceptional Food and Beverage special events. In this role, you will be instrumental in organizing and implementing all F&B special event bookings, PGA package dinner schedules, and much more. About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort: Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Southern Oregon coast near the charming community of Bandon. Bandon Dunes boasts 5 of the top 16 public golf courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. In addition, our award-winning par-3 golf course, Bandon Preserve, directly supports the resort's grant-making department, the Wild Rivers Coast Alliance. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon. Beyond premier golf, guests enjoy a variety of dining options across Bandon's 9 restaurants. Bandon Dunes is also growing. Ghost Tree Grill, Bandon's newest dining experience, will open this fall. A new par-3 golf course, Shorty's, is under development and will further enhance the resort's charitable giving when it opens. Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Oregon Food Handlers and Oregon Liquor Commission certifications. High school diploma or equivalency required; college degree preferred. Two years of applicable functional, supervisory, and management experience, preferably in the F&B industry. Bandon Dunes, Golf Industry and Sales experience is a plus. Valid Oregon Driver's License. Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS computer systems is preferred. High degree of initiative, flexibility, detail orientation, and commitment to ensuring high levels of guest service. Ability to analyze and solve problems, handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision, and work flexible hours as required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations. Working Conditions: Work hours may include days and evenings on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You'll primarily work indoors in a restaurant, lounge, or function room setting, with occasional outdoor work on the patio and the golf course. As a Food and Beverage Events Supervisor at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest food and beverage service standards are met, exceeding guest expectations at every turn. You'll oversee event liaison staff, coordinate bookings and unique dining options, and maintain a list of preferred vendors.
