We are seeking a dedicated hospitality professional with a desire to be the best, that loves a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching people and wants to help direct our Michelin rated Restaurant & Pizzeria.Duties include but are not limited to:? ? ?Help develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures for all dishes and ensure that all kitchen staff are following these standards.? ? ?Hands on cooking.
