PeerSource is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager (Associate) on a Direct Hire basis for our client in Orlando, FL. Summary This individual develops plans in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, internal Digital channel experts and agency partners. They execute digital projects and initiatives that support the broader business and marketing strategy. Collaborates across functions within teams to ensure that all digital initiatives support the select brand's priorities. Additionally, manages vendor partners and agencies as the day to day contact for various aspects of their projects. They will be responsible for digital marketing performance tracking. They will be measured on KPIs for both digital marketing efficiency (reducing sub-optimal ad spend) and effectiveness (growing awareness, conversion and in-store sales contribution for the same spend) that delivers brand's objectives. In addition, they will partner with internal data & analytics and measurement teams and will ensure best practices are adhered to across all digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Own and manage execution/trafficking of digital campaigns, including but not limited to: development of Agency briefs that capture brand objectives and Digital goals and strategies, forecasting campaign activations to ensure measurable recommendations in partnership with digital channel owners and agencies, tracking of all assets to ensure measurement as needed as well as ongoing optimizations. Serve as day to day contact for all 3rd party partners and teams on all things related to campaign activation efforts. Lead weekly digital optimization meetings to determine campaign success as well as make informed, quick decisions in partnership with brand teams to improve digital campaign performance. Maintain organized, updated dashboards for all campaign/channels with the help of internal and external teams. Work in partnership with the Manager to provide timely updates to teams, including leadership. Manage and track Digital Marketing budget elements to support brand marketing teams in monthly budget reconciliation cycles. Partner with CRM and digital channel owners to drive comprehensive digital recommendations. Manage all tactical steps of campaign data activation - data brief, list uploads/syndication as needed, reporting. Activate aligned test & learn agenda for the brand(s) according to the Digital Learning Agenda and Measurement Framework, including robust reporting to understand results and insight development. Required Skills 3+ years in digital marketing and advertising planning and executing campaigns Direct digital media buying and/or ad tech platform experience preferred: Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs, ad servers, DMPs and/or other digital marketing platforms Project management skills, process orientation, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to get results and navigate difficult conversations Analytical mindset demonstrated through comfort with data, and ability to drive actionable insights and quantify broader business impact of pilots Business acumen demonstrated by understanding of broader business strategy, translating business goals into digital marketing strategies and pilots Excellent communication skills, especially translating technical material to a range of audiences with varying technical backgrounds Understanding of current digital media/marketing landscape, digital marketing tools and data strategies Client service "mindset" either from a centralized digital marketing role serving multiple brands or an agency background Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital marketing or a related field required; MBA strongly preferred Previous experience in a Restaurant/Hospitality, Consumer Goods, or Advertising Agency is preferred No third parties.
