ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Room Attendant, the job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of guest lodging and public areas.
Respond to individual guests’ needs.
Guest liaison as required.
Ensure guest service is at the highest possible level.
Responsible for cleaning and folding rooms linen.
Coordinate the timely return of all guests lost and found items to the front desk.
Coordinate with Front Office regarding guest room status.
Maintain knowledge of arrivals / departures and stay-overs for each day.
Stay up to date on most efficient eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
Maintain knowledge of handling hazardous materials.
Report maintenance issues.
Inform Management of any guest issues.
Maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Coordinate annual deep cleaning of guest facilities.
All other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

This is an entry level position. No education and / or experience is required. However, experience working in a luxury hotel/resort setting is highly preferred.
CERTIFICATES / LICENSES
If position requires operation of a vehicle, the employee must possess a valid Driver’s License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment. The employee’s driving record must meet the standards and requirements of the Company and the Company's insurance carrier.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
