This is an excellent opportunity for a guest and Compadre (employee) focused leader with at least two years of restaurant management experience. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be instrumental in working closely with the GM, Floor Managers, and the Kitchen Leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while inspiring and leading Front of House (FOH) Compadres to successfully drive the daily operations of the full service and quick service restaurant experiences. Minimum three years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Belcampo Meat Co. operations including our customer steps of service, menu knowledge and food safety handling. Must be able to maintain a culture of clear accountability by supporting, coaching and developing Compadres. Excellent organizational, task-management, leadership, creativity, verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, G Suite, HRIS, POS, and Windows and/or MacOS. Oversee key support functions including hourly Compadres, scheduling and food safety compliance and training. Consistently engage customers and guests to achieve the highest level of satisfaction possible. Assist in maintaining both the full service and quick serve restaurants while upholding our high standards. Take lead in mitigating Compadre relations issues and concerns. You'll likely do some of this: Must be able to sit, stand, reach with arms and hands, bend and stoop, kneel and crouch more than 90% of the time.
