A day in the life of a Food Service Worker (Supervisor)Our Correctional Food Service Workersconduct all steps in the preparation of every mealwith our companies' recipes. This will sometimes include working with special diets by means of adjusting specific meals accordingly. You will also be a supervisor to Trustees/Inmate workers by managing their training and knowledge of all food handling within the kitchen. Additional responsibilities will betaking temperatures to follow food safety guidelines and being prepared for DOC inspections.
