This role is responsible for making our guests feel at home by providing them with warm, friendly, and professional service. In addition, this rule is responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day. The auditor conducts all steips in the computer / night audit system to close the current business day and open the new business day. The Night Auditor typically works alone in the hotel from 11pm - 7am every day of the year, including holidays.Experience:Prior hospitality and customer service experience is extremely helpful, but is not required.Are you positive, upbeat and service focused? This rule also greets guests, makes reservations, checks guests in and out of the hotel, provides information about the hotel and local area, as well as enforces hotel policies and standards.2. Front Desk Agents greet guests, make reservations, check guests in and out of the hotel, provide information about the hotel and local area, as well as enforce hotel policies and standards.3. Housekeepers service guest rooms (pull trash, pull linen and terry, dust, disinfect, make beds, vacuum floors).4.
