This includes broiling, grilling, sauting and baking items, like pizza, pasta, steak, chicken and seafood. Like a Line Cook, they run a specific workstation in our scratch kitchen. They are challenged by the fast-paced environment; committed to the highest standards in food safety and kitchen sanitation and prepared to serve our valuable guests.We require at least one year of experience as a cook in a high volume kitchen to qualify for this position. Applicants from full-service, quick service, fast casual and fine dining restaurants are encouraged to apply. Those from hotels, grocery stores and other food and beverage companies will be considered as well. Must be available for weekend shifts and possibly evenings. If you dont meet the requirements for this position, dont give up! We have positions in other areas of the back of the house (BOH). Apply for a position as Prep, Dishwasher, Busser or Server.
