Overview Job Description: - Resolve employee benefits issues that are escalated from HR Service Center or employees. Calls with ADP and benefits vendors. - Reconcile insurance invoice discrepancies - Assist with health insurance open enrollment process. Help with ADP system setup, employee communications, review enrollment records for accuracy, etc. - Assist with payroll tasks such as creating reports, research/respond to agency notices for disability insurance, unemployment, etc. - Others payroll related operations Qualification: - 3+ years in HR/benefits. - ADP platform (WorkforceNow preferred) - Skill in data mining, reporting, and tracking. Excel (vlookup, Pivot tables etc.) - Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred but not required due to need to interact with Mandarin-speaking teams in headquarters in China. - Customer service motivation.
