We are looking for an experienced housekeeper to join the team as a detail oriented, and motivational leader for the housekeeping department. The Head Housekeeper directs the hotel housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly and welcoming conditions of establishment by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff. Organizing recruiting and hiring housekeeping and laundry staff. Also plans work schedules to ensure adequate service that meets the brand standards and stays within budget. This position submits recommendations for repairs of guest rooms and public spaces of the hotel, and works closely with the front desk, management and maintenance personnel.
