Host Manitowish Waters, WI Smokey's, a small, intimate Wisconsin Northwoods supper club that offers exquisite cuisine in a casually elegant setting, is looking for a Part-Time Host. Position Responsibilities Plan and organize reservations and waitlists. Manage and maintain the restaurant seating chart. Greet and seat guests as they enter the restaurant. Take drink orders for guests as they wait or direct them to the bar as necessary. Provide guests with menus and ensure they are comfortably seated. Keep the Host station neat and organized and assist other staff members with basic duties. Assist in preparing for large parties. Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints and report issues to the Restaurant Manager. Assist in setting up and cleaning up the restaurant during opening and closing shifts. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with POS Terminal and Microsoft Excel. Basic computer skills. Excellent organization and communication skills.
