Qualifications / Special Skills: 1-3 years' experience as an Engineer or Maintenance Technician at a Hotel/Resort preferred. Guest service background preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills needed. Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules (i.e., Lockout Tagout, JSAs), Safety Awareness information (such as SDS) operating and maintenance procedures. Ability to write routine logs and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to guest and other associates. Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
