Core Responsibilities: Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: Hotel features, room types, rates, and guest details Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures. Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies. Keep bank secure at all times. Access all functions of computer system according to established procedures and standards. Promote positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the Front Desk. Process all guest check-ins according to established hotel requirements. Qualifications: Must possess a good command of the English language and the ability to communicate clearly in person and via telephone.
