PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Have the stamina to work 50 or more hours per week. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, bend, balance; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Open availability including weekends and holidays required! COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Our Restaurant Managers salary range is from $44,000 to $62,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This position is eligible for a 10% bonus potential, paid out quarterly. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance; a 401K plan; flex PTO; employee meals and discounts; and a company paid parking or transportation stipend.
