We are looking for a full-time Dishwasher!Serious Pieis a pizzeria with a bread baker's soul; we serve up pies with blistered crusts, lightly textured with just enough structure and bite. Our dough is hand-crafted through a multiple day process which gives it the complexity and depth that has helped us sustain a cult-like following for the past decade.We are currently seeking a dishwasher to join our team! Shift are Thursday-Sunday nights 4pm - close (typically around midnight). This position is responsible for cleaning equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, and pans using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards, loading and unloading supply trucks, and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or assigned management of which the employee is capable of performing.Cleans all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment by placing them in a dishwashing machine or by hand if dishwashing machine is not available.Returns all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment to their proper places.Removes all garbage.Maintains a clean and organized station; assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of a shift.Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a Chef, Sous Chef or other manager at any time.RequirementsCan operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine.Holds or is willing to obtain valid Washington State Food CardExperience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus!
