We are looking to increase the bandwidth and capabilities of the technology/digital team by bringing on a seasoned individual to fill our Director of Technology Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have broad technology infrastructure experience. This role will work on projects to support our technology needs at the full-service hotels as well as both the Dallas and NYC corporate offices. Our ideal candidate will work closely with multiple vendors and must posses strong partner relationship skills. The Director of Technology Infrastructure will oversee project planning and system implementation. This individual will also assist with the definition of the project's business case (cost/benefits analysis) in conjunction with operations and marketing teams. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the organization, budget, planning, monitoring and resource management of the IT project components through its implementation. The Director of Technology will also be responsible for the support and evolution of all package and custom applications in the portfolio, including Property Management, Point of Sale, Dining Management, Reservations and Revenue Management Systems in addition to helping define compliant data management best practices and on property system architecture.
