The OpportunityDelaware North Parks & Resorts is searching for a Food Service Supervisor for the Employee Dining Room Supervisors to join our team for the 2021 season at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming.Our ideal Food Service Supervisor for the Employee Dining Room is an experienced Cook who enjoys working in fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high quality service and food to our Associates.We are seeking candidates with a passion for the outdoors and guest service that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We have dorm-style housing and RV Sites available. We also offer an employee meal program, store discounts, and recreational activities for our associates.ResponsibilitiesEstablishes weekly employee dining room menu from personal or established recipes.Supervising food prep work while maintaining food quality, presentation and sanitation standards.Verifies that all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures are maintained by kitchen associates.Supervises all associates with cleaning and food production in their area.Able to perform and work all culinary functions of each work station and must be able to train other associates on all stations in kitchen.Maintain all kitchen equipment in full working order.Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers at all times.
