It is a fast-paced environment. We require at least six months experience as a cook to qualify for this position.This position requires availability on weekends and possibly evening shifts. If you don't have the experience as a Cook, don't give up! We have positions in other areas of the BOH. We encourage you to apply for Prep, Dishwasher or Busser. We can train you to be a Cook. They also serve as Line Cooks at times and help prepare pasta and grill items, like steak and chicken. It is a fast-paced environment.We require at least one year of experience preparing and cooking pizzas to qualify for this position. If you don't have the experience as a Pizza Chef, don't give up! We encourage you to apply to another BOH position. We can train you on the pizza, and a lot more.
