Dishwasher: Duties and Responsibilities Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine. Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to service line and other proper storage areas. Wash pots, pans and trays by hand Remove trash and garbage to dumpster Set up or break down dishwashing area Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions Sweep/mop floors Assemble/disassemble dish machine Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish-washing station Clean and stock specified items/areas Education and/or Experience Food Handler Certificate (Required, or ability to obtain at hire) Must be able to read and understand the labels on chemicals No experience required Ability to read and speak fluently in English Ability to understand basic math Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Benefits Part-Time Benefits: Free Shift Meal each shift worked 30% Employee Discount on Regular Menu items & Merchandise 401 (k) with up to 4% Employer match Employee Referral Bonus Program Focused Leadership Development Program COMPANY HOLIDAYS- Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter Holiday Bonus Pay for all Hourly & Salary Employees who work in Operations on the day of the holiday.
