Job Summary This position, reporting to the Corporate Café Supervisor, and subsequently the General Manager of Innovation, is responsible for preparing and presenting food to order. This role is required to follow company menu and food specifications as well as timing standards while offering fast friendly service to all guests. In this position you may be directly dealing with cash handling or hands on food preparation. Additionally, the Food Service Pro must adhere to all federal, state, and local safe food handling regulations. ** This is a part time position. The weekly scheduled hours will vary between 20-30, Monday - Friday, from 6AM - 4PM** Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) Provides prompt and courteous service and is cordial to all team members and guests Accurately enters orders on point of sale system Demonstrates knowledge of all front of the house stations Addresses complaints and requests promptly in a courteous manner and notifies the supervisor of any issues Demonstrates safe cash handling procedures in accordance with policy and accurately completes cash, credit card, transactions Prepares, cooks and presents food to order following established company standards, guidelines and recipe specifications Organizes and maintains work areas, coolers and storage areas at all times Complete other duties as assigned.
