Located in downtown San Jose's popular San Pedro Square, Olla is a slice of modern Mexico with a fun and shareable menu of traditional favorites, signature cocktails and local beers and wine on tap.We are currently interviewing for a Kitchen Manager!The Kitchen Manager will assist with the daily operations of the kitchen. You will set up your workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment and supplies according to our standards. You will prepare and produce menu items for the restaurant, following recipes and yield guides. You are responsible for maintaining food safety, sanitary and safety standards in the workplace. In partnership with the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervising the kitchen staff.
