The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Catering Coordinator to join our banquet and catering team full-time at Lambeau Field. The Catering Coordinator will work with our guests to plan and execute assigned catered events within Lambeau Field including business meetings, weddings, corporate retreats, etc. Why work for us? Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of assigned catering events to include advance planning as well as event execution Establish and maintain contact with the client or client's representative for assigned events, determining client objectives and developing a plan for meeting those objectives Communicate with Lambeau Field Atrium staff members and outside vendors to ensure the smooth coordination of all activities to maximize customer satisfaction Conduct tours of the facility for clients and prospective clients at the request of and/or with Special Events staff As necessary, budget for events according to client requirements and review invoices for accuracy Maintain records of event detail Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work evenings, weekends, and all major stadium events including Family Night, pre-season, regular season, and any potential playoff Packers games Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several employees simultaneously and plan ahead Ability to lead and interact with diverse groups of individuals both internally and externally Creative, out of the box thinker who is able to verbalize solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and common office equipment Who We Are Take your career beyond the ordinary-to the extraordinary.
