Company Description Limelight Hotels are contemporary properties set in the heart of authentic mountain and urban communities owned and operated by Aspen Hospitality. The current portfolio includes Limelight Hotel Aspen, Limelight Hotel Snowmass and Limelight Hotel Denver in Colorado; and the Limelight Hotel Ketchum near Sun Valley in Idaho. Two additional Limelight Hotels in Mammoth, California, and Boulder, Colorado, are slated to open in 2024 and 2025, respectively. Learn more at Job Description Summary The Breakfast Attendant helps the guests start their day off right by serving and facilitating a delicious four-star breakfast from 7am - 10am. This position is also responsible for assisting in set up and tear down of the breakfast stations. While working for Limelight enjoy a fun and collaborative team environment while building lasting relationships with coworkers and guests from around the world. Essential Job Functions • Set up breakfast each morning by 7:00am • Serve guests hot & cold breakfast items • Continually restocks dry food items, scold items and refills all drink containers during breakfast hours • Assist in brewing a variety of coffees for guests • Cordially assist guests with all breakfast questions • Report to work on time by 5:30am • Wipe down and bus tables during breakfast hours • Set up, maintain, work and breakdown breakfast stations • Put all dry food items away after breakfast ends • Clean surfaces and floors to prepare the Lounge sitting area for lunch • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Must be over 16 years of age • High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred • 1 year of food and beverage, restaurant, or fast food experience preferred Additional Information Supervision Given and Received Given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Received: Works under direct supervision of the Restaurant Supervisor. Tasks are assigned according to specific procedures, and work is checked frequently. Instruction, advice and assistance are readily available. Work Environment and Physical Demands Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, smell, taste, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time. Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces. Must be able to constantly lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds individually or with assistance.
