You'll be working closely with your crew mates to deliver the best service possible on the bar and floor. You'll be led by an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of team on the floor & behind the bar. About You Great customer service, someone who is personable and open to learning new customer service skills. Cash handling: being responsible for handling all credit cards, cash, and tenders of payment. Service experience in a busy restaurant/bar operation. Knowledge of and passion for craft beer and the brewing industry. Willingness to learn essential. Cicerone Certification or willing to achieve certification would be beneficial. Clear communication skills. Knowledge of the Aloha system would rock. Flexibility with scheduling, available to work weekends. Team oriented. Self-motivated and fast moving.

For more information on Hard Rock International visit . Responsibilities Because of the business volume, bussers may be used at Hard Rock Cafe. They are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests. Clearing dirty tables. Resetting tables. Sweeping the floor. Emptying trash cans. Stocking ice/products. Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area. Pre-bussing tables. Having a sense of urgency. Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers. In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests' drinks and setting up bar pre- mixes. Qualifications EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED equivalent. SKILLS Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to move throughout the corporate office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists. Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
