What we’re looking for

The seasonal Inspector supports resort operations by maintaining, reporting, all service and quality deficiencies that do not meet pre established standards and display a “Count on Me” attitude in all tasks and interactions. Responsible for the inspection and evaluation of guest units prior to occupancy to insure established standards are met and exceeded to include cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance. Housekeeping Inspector maintains records of inspections to be reviewed by management.

This is a seasonal position with a sign on bonus! You will receive a one-time signing and retention bonus in the gross amount of $500.00. It will be paid in two installments; $200 after being employed for two pay periods and if you remain employed through your seasonal end date, you will be paid the remaining $300. This is available for applicants that apply as of 6/23/2020.

What you’ll do

  • Document unit inspections
  • Assist Housekeepers with cleaning rooms as needed due to time restraints
  • Attend meetings and training sessions
  • Communicate with rooms control/ housekeeping coordinator room status
  • Perform other duties as needed 

The skills you’ll need

  • Ability to read and interpret documents to insure safety, maintenance, and quality standards are met.
  • Able to handle stress and work with a sense of urgency in a time sensitive fast pace environment.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and complete tasks in the time allotted and meet quality standards
  • Able to understand and speak basic English 
  • Availability
    • Saturday availability June through September
  • Housekeeping experience, although we can teach you the Vacasa standard
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (6-8 hours), bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds

Compensation

  • $15.00/hr
