Job Description

Hand and Stone is seeking for a Spa Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
  • Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
  • Effectively communicate the needs of the clients to the therapists or estheticians
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
  • Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
  • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage/facial therapy
  • Present and sell the Hand and Stone Lifestyle Program to all clients
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Positive, energetic and has an enthusiastic attitude
  • Team player and outgoing
  • Assist with daily spa maintenance tasks, including filing paperwork, doing/folding laundry, light cleaning and organizing of displays and office area
  • Loves to Sell and earn commissions

Job Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Hand and Stone Massage and Facial (will train) and basic mathematical principles.
  • Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and comfortable presenting membership information
  • Confidence in ability to sell and service clients with exceptional service and excellence
  • Ability to engage professionally with customers by keeping appropriate contact and make each guest feel like they are the most important
