The Stirling Club in Las Vegas seeks a Membership Sales Director to identify, recruit, and enroll members.

An exclusive lifestyle club known for its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, the Stirling Club is situated in the center of the entertainment capital of the world and within walking distance from the Las Vegas Convention Center. The magnificent 73,000 square foot private membership club-featuring a variety of soci, health and recreational offerings-provides one-of-a-kind experiences for members, guests and the Las Vegas community.

Job Summary/Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position is finding, attracting and signing up new Stirling Club members. This position will require the candidate to spend a majority of their time in outside sales recruiting corporate and individual members.

As one of the Club's primary ambassadors, the Membership Sales Director will also nurture relationships with existing members by participating in Club programs and events. The Membership Sales Director will develop and execute a strategy to cultivate membership growth and achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

A demonstrated track record - five years minimum - of achieving membership sales growth (club experience preferred)

Experience and contacts in the Las Vegas marketplace.

High-energy, outgoing personality with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Successfully balance the need to work independently - outside the club, prospecting/selling the value of the Stirling club to prospective members-with begin and active part of the Club's professional staff and working collaboratively with leadership and colleagues

Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Creativity, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Exhibit a professional appearance and possess a passion for providing high quality Member service and commitment to exceeding expectations.

Five (5) years of direct sales experience in Las Vegas. Those without this experience need not apply.

A major focus of this position is procuring corporate sales membership and building relationships with the expanding Las Vegas Convention Center. This position will be primarily commission based and be very lucrative for the right candidate.
