Job Description

About the Role:

Build customer relationships to influence and execute retail standards in order to deliver volume and coverage in targeted off-premise accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sell in and ensure execution of programming to off premise accounts aligned to our Excellent Outlet Execution standards
  2. Secure distribution aligned with brand focus
  3. Ensure visibility and quality standards in accounts
  4. Leverage selling resources to support KPIs at accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS, etc.
  5. Develop and maintain relationship with key account, distributor and internal HEINEKEN USA team members to ensure collective success
  6. Excellent Outlet Execution embedment using Consumer Drivers


Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (or relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Exposure to retail environment preferred
  • Exposure to three-tier distribution network preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 32 lbs
  • Frequent stooping, reaching, bending, twisting required
  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit in vehicle for extended periods
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must obtain a state solicitor permit
