Guest Experience Enhancement: We oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlets service staff to guarantee that the guest experience is exceptional and surpasses all expectations. Customer Satisfaction Focus: Our role involves monitoring customer satisfaction through review of standardized feedback forms and engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Inventory Control: We participate in and accurately manage beverage and retail inventories on a monthly basis and china, glass, and silverware inventory on a quarterly basis, following the guidance of the hotel controller and Director of Food and Beverage. Financial Responsibility: Assisting in the monitoring of revenue and expense forecasting in KHMS for our responsible areas within the Food and Beverage operations is a core part of our role. Restaurant Supervision: supervise daily restaurant operations, maintain sanitation standards, and actively support service staff during peak meal periods. Continuous Improvement: Striving for continual improvement and maximizing financial performance is a key responsibility. Identifying training needs and implementing action plans are part of the process. Requirements: Multi Outlet experience Luxury hotel/resort experience Experience: We need to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Luxury Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in luxury brand/markets is required. Leadership Skills: We should have demonstrated leadership abilities, including facilitating effective meetings, motivating teams, and managing multiple projects with tight timeframes.
