Job Description

We are adding to our management team and are looking to hire an experienced industry professional for Restaurant Manager.

The right candidate fulfills the following criteria:

Have knowledge of ALOHA POS

The right candidate has a positive attitude and warm, personal floor presence, communicates effectively and uses common sense.

Responsibilies Include:
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices. Lead by example.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Manage Restaurant's good image.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

-Overseeing the daily operations at The Restaurant

-Staffing, scheduling, hiring, firing

-Holding staff accountable for product knowledge and performance

-Having working knowledge of every part of the restaurant

-Monthly P&L accountability and weekly meetings

-Some physical work such as moving furniture at times

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year


Restaurant Management: 1-3 years (Required)
serving or bartending: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: One location
