Job Description

Growing Fast Casual Restaurant seeks General Manager for a great opportunity in NYC. The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager

  • Responsible for hiring, controlling beverage and labor costs
  • Responsible for maintaining health department regulations, training, and employee development.
  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train and manage kitchen, foh & management personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager

  • 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven track record in full-service or fast-casual high volume operation
  • Experienced in Full Service/Fast Casual operation as a Restaurant General Manager
  • Must be passionate about customer service and restaurant operation
  • Strong profit and loss of operational knowledge
  • Proven leadership skills
  • ServSafe License (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Preferred)
  • Work authorization: United States (Preferred)
  • A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams

Compensation and Benefits for the Restaurant General Manager

  • Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
  • A track record of stability in previous employment
