This person will oversee the entire FOH operations for Blue Moon's 450 seat flagship brewery. The Restaurant Manager works closely with the General Manager to develop employee training strategies, standard operating procedures, and best practices for monitoring customer satisfaction.This position reports to General Manager and works closely with the entire Blue Moon Brewing Company team.The Responsibilities:* Works with the Controller to ensure proper ordering and inventory procedures are followed* Partners with the Marketing Manager to help coordinate and execute special events and private functions* Meets regularly with the Executive Chef to make sure all FOH staff are knowledgeable about our food menu items* Collaborates with General Manager to develop employee training strategies, standard operating procedures, and best practices for monitoring customer satisfaction* Manages staffing for bartenders, server, hostess, food runners, and bussers* Ensures staff compliance with all applicable policies and procedures as well as safety requirementsThe Other Qualifications:* You have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality and/or Restaurant Management preferred* You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in upper-level restaurant management in high volume establishment* You have demonstrated experience in the Food & Beverage industry and/or brewing industry; experience working in a large-scale brewery preferred* You can make critical decisions under high pressure situations; strong problem-solving skills* You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development* You have experience managing a P and are confident in your analytical skillsWork Perks that You Need to Know About:* Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental and pension benefits* Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences* Access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events, beer allotment* As the world's family brewer, we have the scale to make big things happen and still get to know colleagues on a first name basis across the globe* We play our part to make a difference - from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks - giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we areAt Molson Coors we seek diversity.
