Each position is responsible for assisting a guest's arrival by ensuring the guest's experience is smooth for arrivals. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but AETC may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.Ability to:* Consistently provide world class customer service to internal and external customers.* Stand, walk and move rapidly for long periods of time.* Exhibit customer relation skills.* Learn safety and company policies & procedures.* Perform guest service standards efficiently and accurately.Guest Service Standards ExpectationsWe have created customer service standards to ensure all Customer Service Agents follow a universal set of guidelines* Employees must respond positively to customer concerns and/or complaints by listening carefully, remaining calm and objective, and doing whatever is feasibly possible to resolve the customers issue.* Ensure area is safe and customers are aware of surroundings at all times.* Always be welcoming, friendly, proactive, efficient, and helpful and thank the customers for their business;* Employees are to be sensitive to foreign-language speakers and special-needs customers at all times and be extra diligent in responding to such customers.* Provide a friendly and professional, verbal, audible greeting to all customers including solid eye contact and a sincere smile; 100% guest focus* Speak clearly and enunciate fully to assure customer understanding;* Proactively assist Airport patrons who appear in need of help, directions, and assistance;* Maintain a well groomed, neat, professional, and clean appearance at all timesPHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Walk and/or stand for 8 hours.ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:1. Monitor construction area which may require exposure to outside conditions, too: hot, cold, rain, snow etc.2. Continual interpersonal interactions including speaking and hearing within a passenger traveling environment.
