Kinsa is recruiting for a: Business Planning Manager/Trade Planning & Analysis

Location: New York, New York Area


Mission: Our client is an aggressively growing, entrepreneurial food/beverage manufacturer. The mission for the Business Planning Manager/Trade Planning and Analysis is to work directly with the sales team to manage trade spend and provide reports, scorecards, forecasts, insights, and analysis to field and corporate team members. The Business Planning Manager/Trade Planning and Analysis will support national account salespeople utilizing retail distributors as their route to market. Equity is part of the compensation package!

Competencies/Culture:

  • 5+ years of CPG focused sales planning or financial analytical support experience, preferably within the food & beverage industry
  • Experience working with a retail distribution route to market business model
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency with Excel, statistical tools, database tools, and accounting concepts
  • Ability to present data with Word and PowerPoint
  • Category management experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel 5-10% to company meetings
