Job Description

Coffee Bar focuses on delivering meticulously crafted coffee and espresso drinks to customers in a high volume environment - with a focus on Quality, Consistency, Efficiency, and Customer Service.

At Coffee Bar, you will work with and learn about Italian and modern espresso blends, carefully sourced and roasted single origins, and coffees roasted at different roast levels - from light to dark. You will also become part of a growing team with potential for advancement.

At Coffee Bar, we look to hire people who want to stick around and grow with us. We take synergy and personality heavily into consideration. While it is helpful to have some foundation in coffee, we prefer an impressive, consistent job experience track record and someone who projects a strong work ethic. $15.59 an hour + historically $6-$9 per hour tips

Primary Duties:

  • Provide consistent, fantastic customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Actively participate in your continued education of our products and your training
  • Craft and serve an exceptional product that you are proud of
  • Adhere to local and company policies including: excellence in food safety, operational and behavioral expectations
  • You and your team will complete daily duties that include: Helping/ talking with customers, cleaning (for example: taking out the trash, mopping, wiping down counters, dusting), re-stocking, preparing drinks, cashiering, preparing our house-made syrups, minimal food preparations, supporting baristas on bar, etc.


  • Interest in coffee and working in a customer focused environment
  • Willing to communicate effectively with team members and senior leadership
  • Ability to work well in an dynamic environment
  • Past experience in retail coffee desirable. *Previous customer service experience can substitute for this
  • Thrives on being part of a team experience
