Minimum of two years supervisory experience in school nutrition or closely related experience required. Skills in supervision, time management, and organization as related to quality foodservice operations. Has knowledge and understanding of USDA Child Nutrition Program regulations. Level 4 Certified with the School Nutrition Association or ability to obtain within one year of hire date. ServSafe certified. Minnesota Department of Health Food Protection Managers' Certificate. Basic computer skills using email, the Internet, and Google Drive. Good organization and math skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds, such as milk crates, frozen food and canned food.
