We are looking for a Catering Manager to lead our teams in various restaurants within the Los Angeles market. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Patient Dining services experiences in acute or long term care required. Multi-unit experience preferred. Must be willing to travel on a regular basis - 50-75% of time. Demonstrates strong technical and scientific knowledge with an awareness of management consideration. Experience with regulatory standard compliance in healthcare and long term care preferred. Must be experienced with computers; to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet.
