And, a six month contract to help an HR Department in an organization that is very customer service oriented and is experiencing rapid growth sounds like a fit for you. You must also be adaptable and able to figure things out rather than just be able to check boxes. You will be focused on the day-to-day benefits administration for an organization with ~3,000 employees nationwide. You will be impacting employees by ensuring their benefits are correct, and the HRIS system reflects their choices and deductions are accurate. So, a lot of behind the scenes important work. Examples would be LOA, FMLAs, HSAs, etc.) You will also serve as the vendor liaison to resolve issues or obtain answers. 401K administration will be included, as well as various other areas within the benefits realm. What will make you the most successful: 1.You are very knowledgeable regarding benefits, their meanings, and how the HRIS system works. 2. You have a customer service orientation3.
