Job Description

To be the coordinator between two sister spa locations that are right next to each other. The most important aspects of this is position are managing, marketing and following up on all client emails, calls and walk ins. If you are not meticulous at organization, client service and follow through and growing a local woman owned buisiness isn't your passion, please do not apply.


Duties include:


-Social media everything. Post new content & stories DAILY, place advertising and do all SEO and publicity.

-Further our online presence.

-Manage the team and make sure all duties and tasks are being completed by staff.

-Fantastic organizational skills and be extremely orderly and professional. Must have posititive, outgoing personality. And can work easily and smoothly with others. We are a tight knit group of 5 extremely positive & proactive people so you must fit in well.

-Extremely fast learner for product/retail items knowledge. To be able to know and understand our several product lines within one month.

-Set up spas from lights on, projecting aestheticians needs. You will be required to know all aspects of what a service entails.

-Greet & check in guests warmly and professionally. You must be friendly and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. We have spa procedures and detailed check lists to help you.

-You will also be expected to do cleaning duties to keep both spas tidy, dust and garbage free.


Two years minimum working experience as a spa or salon coordinator or manager OR experience in marketing managment.

There will be a lot on your plate and much will be expected of you every day. Some days work can be done remotely. Two weekend shifts a month are required.

Hourly pay of $19+ DOE
