Food & Beverage Fortune forerunner wishes to expand their current regional market hold in Latin America by positioning an International Sales-Latin America lead to customize and execute market strategies and create local customer competitive growth advantage in the area. In this key role, the International Sales-Latin America lead will manage our high-visibility and profit-growth regions where ownership will have the opportunity to impact and deliver directly to our Company's success and rapid-growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure short/long-term initiatives and goals for sales volume and profitability are met in alignment with overall Company strategy and projection.

  • Lead Latin America sales efforts and delivers sales targets; mentors, trains and develops assigned Area Sales Representatives to develop a best-in-class export sales team.

  • Develops effective long-term relationships with key customers; deliver sales/BD presentations working harmoniously with business, marketing, operations and distribution areas.

  • Expert for Latin America market analysis and product growth potential; recommends sales strategies for expansion/growth based on market research and competitor analysis.


Minimum Experience:

Bachelor's - Must be Bilingual

5+ years progressive sales expertise with in-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for food distribution within Latin America (open to dairy or commodity industry experience)

Quantifiable short and long-term sales cycle experience with at least 3+ years managing complex B2B and B2C client relationships

Excellent business acumen and cross-functional communication skills - enjoys and excels in an autonomous/independent rapid-growth environment
